PRACTICE SECTION 10 | The Art of Notetaking
This practice is the fundamental "caching system" for your spiritual journey, ensuring that insights are preserved and multiplied:
- Eliminate Friction: You don’t need a physical notebook. Use your phone, voice memos, or any digital tool. Ensure that you can record a thought the moment it strikes. The easier it is, the more likely you are to sustain the habit.
- Capture the Process: Record any insights from scripture reading or the specific steps of your "Transmutation" (转念) process whenever they occur.
- Daily Reflection: During your evening meditation, record the process of how you experienced and reflected upon the day's events.
- Grace over Legalism: Aim for daily consistency, but do not force it. If you forget, do not indulge in guilt. Simply resume the practice the moment you remember.
- Build the Feedback Loop: Share your scripture insights with ChatGPT for evaluation or post them in the spiritual community. Let others participate in the discussion.
