The very justification for Capital’s being is its Introduction into Structures of Re-production. This mandates that:

Conversely, wealth that is hoarded, stilled, and exiled from connection is, in its essence, Void Capital. It exalts neither the density of the web nor the velocity of the current; it merely creates a Static Occupation within the architecture. In this light, "Interest-free Capital" is no sacrifice of the will, but a standard of judgment: Has the Capital served the Flow itself, or has it served the lust for Possession?

II. The Second Stratum: The Support of the "Effective Tie" Even when Capital is spent, its efficiency varies by a wide chasm. The sovereign question is not "How much was cast into the deep?" but: "Did these funds enter a structure capable of birthing an Effective Tie?" An "Effective Tie" is not merely a profitable venture, but one that:

Capital that yields a fat harvest in isolation while failing to stir the surrounding waters is Closed and Sterile. Truly efficient Capital possesses a different spirit:
