RACTICE SECTION 01| THE PRIMAL DOCTRINE
A Structural Outline of Daily Practice: Living in the Presence of God
I. General Principles of Practice: Goals, Signs, and Fundamental Stance
The Primal Way of practice addresses a singular, essential question: How can we ensure the Kingdom of God truly dwells within our hearts? How do we strip away the Ego, submit to God, and yield to the Holy Spirit?
This requires constant practice—learning repeatedly to let go of self and to trust. Through this, we receive the grace of God in our daily lives and bear spiritual fruit in our thoughts, moving from small faith to total surrender.
The Philosophy of Primal Practice:
- The Ultimate Goal is Total Surrender: To reach a state of absolute, unwavering trust in God.
- The Sign of Practice is Fruit: The primary indicator of true practice is the manifestation of inner peace and joy.
- Awakening of Thought: One must achieve intuitive insight (intuitive reading of Scripture, receiving a living resonance from the text rather than mere concepts).
- Verification through Progression: Moving from small trust to great trust, until eventually, even one's spontaneous desires align with God’s will. This is the transition from conscious training in faith to the re-shaping of the subconscious—where the Holy Spirit moves from "participating" to "fully leading."
- Primary Methods: Practice within Events and Silent Contemplation: Practice does not exist in isolated rituals or specific prescribed behaviors. Instead, it takes place in the midst of daily life—work, friendships, parenting, romance, and entrepreneurship. Daily life itself is the Way.
- The Dual Meaning of Silent Contemplation: * Daily Review: Spend at least a few minutes each day—ideally before sleep—sitting quietly to review your actions. Examine whether you operated from a self-centered Ego and whether your "re-framing" aligned with the scriptural teachings you have received.
- Connection: Contemplate Jesus, experiencing and strengthening the divine connection.
- The Method for "Practice within Events": This is the Re-Framing Practice, which will be detailed in the following sections.
- Prayer as Daily Liturgy: This is the only mandatory daily requirement. One must pray every day using the correct method (the AI Prayer Method).
- Maintaining Presence: Practice the "Threefold Path" in small matters throughout the day—Surrender, Trust, and Gratitude.
- Rooted in Reality: All forms of practice must flow from real life and authentic emotions. Observe, re-frame, let go, surrender, and receive within the context of actual situations. The focus is not on the act of practice itself, but on the reality of the transformation. One must not deceive oneself; avoid formalism and religious performance at all costs.
- Maintain a Journal: Record the events of the day and your internal responses to them. This does not have to be a physical journal; digital notes are sufficient. It does not need to be a rigid daily commitment—simply record your thoughts whenever you feel a resonance or insight following your prayers.
