Section 5 | The 30-Day "Say Yes" Plan: Loosening the Ego, Allowing Grace to Enter

To truly verify Divine Success Study in small things is not just a matter of "correct steps";

The more core point is always—whether our Ego is willing to loosen, and whether we are willing to start acting.

Many people, upon reading the previous content, will say:

"What you said makes a lot of sense, and I am very excited, but I just don't want to move, I don't want to try." This sentence itself is evidence of the "Ego."

If the Ego does not loosen, even if the truth is placed before us, we will still not take the first step.

Therefore, this section proposes a training that anyone can execute:

The 30-Day Say Yes / Say No Plan. It is not a technique, but a gentle loosening of the "Ego," and the first door through which Grace can enter.

1. Why Do You Need Say Yes / Say No?

——Loosening the Ego is the first step to entering Grace To verify God's work in small things, the prerequisite is always: I am willing to try, I am willing to do, I am willing to step out.

But the Ego often manufactures voices like these:

  • "Maybe I don't need to..."
  • "I should rely on myself..."
  • "Will doing this look very stupid?"
  • "I’m afraid of failing..."
  • "What if it doesn't work?"

The essence of these voices is exactly the same: they come from fear, from scarcity, and from the self-protection mechanism of the old subconscious.

So, to let Grace in, we must first let the Ego loosen.

Say Yes / Say No is the gentlest yet most effective loosening training for the Ego.

2. What is the 30-Day "Say Yes" Plan?

It is very simple:

In the coming 30 days—

Anything you instinctively want to say "No" to, say "Yes" first. Examples: * Originally didn't want to respond to someone's invitation → Say Yes

  • Originally didn't want to try a new thing → Say Yes
  • Originally wanted to shrink back into your safety zone → Say Yes
  • Originally wanted to refuse because you feared trouble → Say Yes

This training is not about asking you to do dangerous things,

But about asking you to do those things:

  • That you "habitually refuse" out of habit
  • That you avoid because of fear
  • That you can actually do, but are blocked from by the Ego

Within a few days, you will start to discover with surprise:

  1. Life becomes wider
  2. Vision becomes larger
  3. Scarcity decreases
  4. What you were originally afraid of is not scary at allThis is the "First Layer of Freedom" after the Ego loosens.

3. The 30-Day "Say No" Plan

——A training method more suitable for another type of person Not everyone is a "fear-based refuser." There is another type of person whose problem is:

It’s not that they don't dare to say Yes, but that they are too accustomed to saying Yes.

They:

  • Are too easily pulled by others
  • Too easily take on unnecessary responsibilities
  • Too easily get dragged along by the environment
  • Too easily submit by default rather than choosing for themselves

This type of person is more suited for:

The 30-Day Say No Plan In the coming 30 days—Anything you habitually say Yes to, say No first. The purpose is identical to Say Yes:

It is not to cultivate refusal, but to cultivate a free will that truly belongs to you. Say Yes is to loosen fear; Say No is to loosen people-pleasing.

Both are processes of loosening the Ego and opening the heart's door.

The essence is not Yes, nor is it No; the essence is—

The Ego begins to loosen, and life begins to open up.

4. How Does Say Yes / Say No Combine with the Small-Thing Verification Method?

After you have executed Say Yes / Say No for a period of time, you will clearly discover:

You begin to realize truly:

"My thoughts are not necessarily right; I can try God's way." This is the sign that the Ego has loosened. You will:

  • Be more daring to try God's guidance in small things
  • Be more willing to pray and find it easier to hand over
  • Not be stuck by the fear of the old subconscious
  • Change from resistance to openness, from closedness to submission
  • Be more willing to test Grace in small things and find it easier to see miracles

The purpose of Say Yes / Say No is not to change what you do,

But to change how much space you allow God to enter. When the Ego loosens, Grace has an entrance; when the heart's door opens, small things begin to manifest miracles.

Chapter Summary:

Why is this section an unskippable link in the entire system of Divine Success Study? Because—to modify the subconscious, you must never rely on theoretical persuasion, nor on emotional determination;

The subconscious is only rewritten by "real, lived experiences." Therefore, "verifying Grace in small things" is not an auxiliary exercise, but the fundamental method, the core entrance, and the essential path of the entire system.

The reason is simple:

  • Everyone has countless small things every day
  • You can verify anytime
  • Get a response anytime
  • Obtain a micro-success anytime
  • Accumulate confidence anytime

From once a day, to 30 times a month, to 300 times a year—

The subconscious will be completely rewritten by "small miracles" that actually happened time and again.

In this process, the nature of your faith will also change:

You will no longer have "Theoretical Faith," "Logical Faith," or "Persuasion-based Faith."

As small things continue to happen and be confirmed, you will enter:

  • "Experiential Faith" (because it has truly happened)
  • "Witnessing Faith" (because you have seen it with your own eyes)
  • "Natural Faith" (because the heart no longer needs persuading)
  • "Instinctive Faith" (because the subconscious has been updated)

From that moment on, Divine Success Study is no longer a concept, a thought, or a method, but the operating mode of your life. This is the true implementation of Divine Success Study.
