As an adult, I had the privilege of encountering true practitioners—men whose lives were dedicated to the ancient traditions. One individual, in particular, left a permanent mark on my understanding. He had spent over a decade in the Zhongnan Mountains, a legitimate heir to the healing arts and internal practices of traditional Taoism.
